Sub: Clearance of Station Outstanding

Repeated instructions are being issued to stations to clear the Old Outstanding items as
the financial year end approaching fast. It is advised to all concerned for clearance of station
Outstanding at an early.

In order to resolve the same, following instructions are issued:
a. The Admitted debits of the stations are to be cleared on monthly basis,

b. The Disputed debits as on date should be resolved by the CBSR/CRS/Incharge duly co-
oridinating with Traffic accounts office.

i) Column- “A”- raised by TA office should be cleared by Station and same should be
advised to Traffic Accounts office for clearing through TAMS.

ii) Column- “B” -Disallowance of cash or voucher should be clear on early by producing,
the supporting documents to Traffic Accounts office.

. Any dispute/problems noticed with regard to clearance of disputed debits should be brought
to the notice of this office so as to arrange for resolving the issue at the earliest.

व. The Disputed Debits should be cleared on or before 29.02.2024.
