Ref: SCR's letter No. C.307/CONCOR/05/Hub & Spoke routes/Vol.X dated 23.05.2023, 10.07.2023 and 14.07.2023 Vide letter under reference, South Central Railways has sent a proposal to charge bulk cement i.e. cement in loose form in containers at haulage rate i.e. at FAK rate. As per the extant instructions, bulk cement when loaded in tank containers is chargeable at haulage rate.
