. Sub: Accepting m-Aadhaar as one of the prescribed proofs of identity,
__ Please refer. to. this office ‘letter of: even number dated 23.05.2017
{CC No. 35 of 2017) regarding accepting e-Aadhaar as one of the prescribed proofs
of root iy. Another request has now been received for accepting m-Aadhaar also.as
a proof of identity for undertaking journey in any reserved class,
2.‘ The matte has been.examined and it was found that UIDAI has launched a
tmobile app m-Aadhaar on which a person oan download his/her Aadhaar, It can be
done only on the mobile mumber to which Aadhaar has been linked. For showing
' Aadhaar, the person has to. open: the app and enter his/her password to- show the
Aadhaat card.
3. It is desired that the in-Aadhaar when shown by the passenger on his/her
mobile after entering the password should be accepted as proof of identity for
undertaking journey in any reserved class,
4, Necassary instructions may be issued to all concerned accordingly.

विषय: पहचान के एक निर्धारित साक्ष्य के रूप में एम-आधार को स्वीकार करना।
कृपया इस कार्यालय के दिनांक 23.05.2017 (2017 के सीसी सं.35) के समसंख्यक पत्र
का अवलोकन करें जो पहचान के एक निर्धारित साक्ष्य के रूप में ई-आधार को स्वीकार करने के
बारे में है। किसी भी आरक्षित श्रेणी मैं यात्रा करने के लिए एम-आधार को भी पहचान के साक्ष्य
के रूप में स्वीकार करने के लिए एक अन्य अनुरोध भी प्राप्त हुआ है। .
2. इस मामले की जांच की गई है और यह पाया गया है कि यूआईडीएआई ने एक मोबाइल
एप एम-आधार शुरू की है जिस पर एक व्यक्ति अपना आधार डाउनलोड कर सकता/सकती है।
यह उसी मोबाइल नंबर पर किया जा सकता है जिससे आधार लिंक किया गया है। आधार
| दिखाने के लिए, व्यक्ति, को एप खोलना होगा और आधार कार्ड दिखाने के लिए अपना पासवर्ड
डालना होगा।
3. यह वांछा की जाती है कि जब यात्री cant मोबाइल में पासवर्ड डालने के बाद एम-आधार
दिखाया जाए, तो उसे किसी भी आरक्षित श्रेणी मैं यात्रा केरने के लिए पहचान के साक्ष्य के रूप
में स्वीकार किया जाए।
