Sub: Facility of change of name.
— Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 31.01.2017 (CC No. 14 of 2017) wherein it was inter-alia advised that the facility of change of name shall not be permissible on the tickets issued on _ concession.
Ag . 2, The matter has been further reviewed and it is clarified that in case
a full fare ticket is transferred to any eligible family member who is entitled for concession, no concession shall be given in such case and
accordingly no refund of fare on account of concession value shall be granted in such case. |
3. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned accordingly.
4, This issues with the approval of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways
