an Railway may utilize their own TSQ, if available, by readjustment of their TSQ quota for some other game, if required. In case no TSQ is available with the Railway, they can send proposal for release of RSPB's TSQ with approval of the > Competent Authority. .
(c) Order of such fresh appointment should be issued within 3 months from the receipt of application from the concerned sportspersons.
(d) For such “fresh recruitment”
1. The criteria of age requirement, educational qualification, will be deemed to have been relaxed, as necessary.
2 Medical examination will not be necess
