This provision of direct recrLi';t,ent in the post of SSEs has silce been reviewed by Board' It has been dccicled to provisiorrally discontinue direct recruitment in the post of SSEs. This decision will be ,:eviewed after one year.
I'hereiore. all direct recruitment in all technical supen,isory categories for the present be only in ihe post of .Junior Engineers (JEs). Vacaitcies of SSE* *uy accordinglv be added to those of Junior Engineers (JE,s) for the purpose of direct recruitment.
