Now, the issue above has been considered by Ministry of Frnance/Department of Expenditure vide their oM No, 4_21Darr_iaruliiioi 'j.,"0 31'07 2018 (copy encloseci) inter-atia clarifying the Date of Next lnci.ement in casb an employee is promoted or granted financial upgradation including upgradation under the MACp Scheme on .1't January or 1.tJuly.
3' The clarifications issued by Ministry of Finance/Department of Expenditure as mentiorred above shall be applicable mutatis mutandis in Railways too wili re. ppct to Railway Services (Revised pay) Rules, 2016.
