Kumar Tours & Travels and (ii) Mls.Air Freight Ltd. of Mumbai with Ministry of Railways and its sub-ordinate offices. A case of fictitious booking of special trains by MIs. Kumar Tours & Travels, SI-A, JSS Road, Mumbai with the help of M/s. Air Freight Ltd., Naville House, Currimbhoy Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, a Rail Tourist Agent of Western Railway was investigated by CBI, Jaipur and both the parties were found to be involved in malpractices/irregularities. Ministry of Railways had decided to initiate banning proceedings against these two above named finns with it and its sub-ordinate offices on pennanent basis. In the .meantime, the aggrieved parties approached Civil Court, Mumbai, who disposed their case in favour of Railways. Accordingly, the matter has been examined in consultation with Vigilance Directorate of Ministry of Railways and it has been decided to ban business of these two finns i.e. M/s. Kumar Tours & Travels and MIs. Air Freight Ltd. with Ministry of Railways and its sub-ordinate offices on pennanent basis. As such, these two finns should not be entertained in any type of dealing with Railways in future. Necessary. instructions may be issued to all concerned. (A.
