Subject: Avoiding use of Al tools/apps in office devices- Reg. (0) usfAar

It has been determined that Al tools and Al apps (such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek etc.) in the
office computers and devices pose risks for confidentiality of Govt. data and documents.

2) It is, therefore, advised that use of Al tools/AI apps in office devices may be strictly V2
avoided. This may be brought to the notice of all employees. ८0)
