Revised travel entitlements on Duty Passes, Privilege Passes and Post-Retirement Complimentary Passes were circulated by this office to all concerned vide PS No.011/2019 dated 07/02/2019.
It has been observed that, even after passage of more than 4 months, the stamping of entitlement of berth by the Pass Issuing Authorities (PIAs) is still not appropriately revised.
With a view to ensure uniformity all over Western Railway, it has been decided that, stamps for Privilege Passes as enclosed at Annexure 'A' and for Duty Pass as at Annexure 'B' will only be issued. Please have the stamps made accordingly. General Manager has further desired that all DRM's, CWM's and Unit In- charges should ensure this personally.
