In order to facilitate freight customers to apply for advance stacking through the system at the
(i) CRIS/FOIS,may develop requisite functionality in the eRD module so that freight
- customer can apply for advance stacking at the time of indenting itself, duly ' submiuing all requisite details including undertaking, as per extant gu1d"li6.r.
(iD Decision of the competent authority (ie. perrgission granted.or otherwise) should be communicated to the customer and CGS of the'concerned statlon, through the system.'
(iii) . System will generate MIS report indicating the details of stacking permitted or otherwise, for monitoring by the Division.
(iv) Stacking Charge or Wharfage Charge, as the case may be should be levied . through the system and WRF refund may also be ensured through the system.
Zonal Railways are requested to advise all concerned in this regard.
