GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Oe RAIEWAY BOARD. aoe ~ No. E(G)2007 RNS-3 oo New Dethi, Dated: |G .04.08 The General Manag ers, os All Indian Railways & Production Units (As per selected list) Sub: Allotment of Railway: accommodation at the place of posting to Railway Be employees on deputation to Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) ~ In accordance with-the Para 11(2) of Rail Land Development Authority (Pay & Allowances, terrhs & conditions of service of Members, Officers .& other Railway -. employees) Rules, 2007, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II- 2, Joint Director (Finance), RDSO, Lucknow. 3. General Secretary, IRCA, New Delhi. Section-3-Sub-Section(i) dated. 04.01.07, Railway employees on deputation to the Rail Land Devélépment Authority (RLDA) who do not have Railway accommodation shall be eligiblé to get Railway accommodation from the concerned Railway Administration at their place of posting. As clarified in the gazette notification, ibid, Railway Administration for this: purpose shall be Railway Board, for posting at Delhi and Sy concerned Division or Zonal Railway Head Quarter at other places. The above provision of allotment would be valid only till Rail Land Development ‘Authority (RLDA) completes the construction of its own quarters, which may be ascertained on yearly basis by the accommodation/quarter allotting authorities from RLDA directly.
