(Email id- srdcmmas@sr.railnet.gov.in) oublect:-Request to provide details of travel of our force personnel,Re to provide details of travel of our force personnel.Re Dear Sir, It is for your kind information that a complaint is received to this Unit from higher HQrs regarding SI/Exe Pankaj Kumar of this Unit and it has been intimated that he had travelled via Indian Railways to different locations without prior permission of the competent authority. 2s In this connection, it has been intimated vide the complaint that above mentioned force personnel has travelled on following dates to different locations: 1). 02.08.2024 via Train No. 12828, PRR HWH SUF EXP, Kharagpur-Howrah, PNR- 6139617621 ii) 23.08.2024 via Train No. 12313, Rajdhani Express, Sealdah-New Delhi, PNR No. 6140593554 iii) 11.09.2024 via Train No. 12839, Chennai Mail, Kharagpur-Chennai, PNR No. 6741047186 3. In this view of above, it is requested to ascertain above mentioned information and apprise to this Unit whether the mentioned individual has travelled on the stipulated date and PNR mentioned above. 4.
